In the heart of downtown Birmingham on North Old Woodward just south of Maple, Brookside Residences is ushering in a first-to-market tier of luxurious condominium living, with construction on the underground parking nearly complete and the construction of the steel structure set to begin this month. The $80 million, five-floor development has begun pre-construction sales with nearly 30 percent of the residences sold and is slated to be completed by late 2018.
