DoubleTree by Hilton-Kingsley Inn

Acquired in 2016, the Kingsley hotel has been a mainstay of hospitality in the southeast Michigan market for over 50 years. Built in the late ‘50s, the Kingsley’s mystique has been a household name in the Bloomfield/Birmingham market that housed a 165-room hotel, large banquet facilities, and historical restaurants. ADG is in the process of completing a full scale, multimillion-dollar renovation of the property and will be opening a new Hilton flagged hotel in the spring of 2018.

The new hotel will comprise of 150 rooms, updated banquet facilities, impeccable common spaces including a grand lobby and ballrooms that can hold up to 500 people for various events. The new property has brought Joe Muer’s, an iconic restaurant dating back to 1929 to the Oakland county market, which opened in June 2017. The vision behind this renovation and restoring what was once one of the most coveted hotels in the great state of Michigan will provide a strong return on investment for ownership and has led to other opportunities within the Hilton family.
